“Excellent stay”

“Lovely grounds, now refresh the rooms.”
The grounds are lovely and very relaxing. Pool area was nice as were the pool staff.
The construction workers walking past our bedroom window at 6 in the morning and spray painting the property. The room was somewhat tired and could really do with a refresh. The loungers outside the property were tatty and dirty to the point we did not use them. I thought it was a bit sneaky to try and get us to take advantage of the " upgrade offer" we declined but on arrival found that we had been upgraded due to the fact that our room had rain damage, hence having to be moved anyway, very somewhat underhand methinks.
“Quiet reprieve”
The property is fairly immense, very quiet, and the rooms are of a good size. The staff is the best thing about the Royal Palms and I’d recommend it for a long weekend.
“Best resort in Scottsdale”
Another great stay, this time celebrating our Anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The casitas are comfortable and secluded and the beautiful grounds are well kept and stunning at night. The food is outstanding whether it's dinner or breakfast. I can't think of a single thing that would have made our visit better! By far the best, most personable resort we've stayed at in Scottsdale.
“An Incredible Time for me and 114 People I Brought with me!”
Had our Staff retreat here in the beginning of August and it was incredible!!! Even though Arizona was so dang hot, the pool was cool, and there were very few people there that we needed to share with. Our group of 114 had a relaxing and wonderful time. The bar was a great place to relax. The buffets that we had planned were EXCEPTIONAL. We loved it. The staff was kind and knowledgeable.
