Decent breakfast, exceptional coffee. V helpful and friendly staff but needed mandarin translate software. Comfortable room for 3 adults. Good location, market nearby but mall about 10 minutes walk away.

Unfortunately, our experience with the service, especially how our lost item was handled, overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay.
We are certain that my wifeβs ring was left in our hotel room, most likely in the bathroom. The ring is very important to us, and we contacted the hotel asking them to check again, but after the initial response, they completely stopped replying to our messages. We felt that our concern was not taken seriously at all. The hotel staff were also not friendly, and the shuttle bus driver was unhelpful and did not assist us with our luggage. Overall, the level of service and hospitality was extremely disappointing.
