The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we had a very pleasant stay.

Good location, excellent breakfast. It had a kettle and coffee. Clean room, air con, sound proof as I heard very little from outside my room and I was near the lift. Staff were helpful and friendly. I was a solo traveller and felt safe.
The room I was in was maybe a little dated, I got the vibe it was an old hotel with a new extension. I wasn’t that into the check yourself in machines as you’re often tired and overwhelmed when you reach your hotel and it was extra to think and read.
“Excellent hotel”
Great hotel in good location halfway between Centraal railway station and the river. All the trams run north/ south right outside the hotel and the metro runs east / west in the station in the junction outside. Always plenty of staff to help and the housekeeping service was excellent. Stayed on 11th floor in the tower - with great city view! Bed comfortable.
Would have been 10 score except: Air conditioning had to be turned off as it was noisy. Couldn’t get on with the pillows…
