La ubicación es lo mejor que tiene el hotel.
La atención del personal opinamos que no es lo que se podría esperar de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Exceptuando una señorita de la recepción, costaba mucho sacar simpatía y atención de 4 estrellas al personal. El desayuno era pobre, cereales poco variados y pobres, bollería sosa, la fruta insípida. La leche estaba cortada una mañana. La comunicación para reservar excursiones, regular. La llegada la primera noche fue terrible, porque llegas muy cansado y no nos atendieron bien sino como si nos estuvieran haciendo un favor. No había servicio de habitación. Sólo servían desayunos. En internet se mencionan las cenas y comidas de este hotel y no existen. Otro tema es los radiadores, que los bajaban por las noches y las noches frías en Islandia pueden ser muy frías. Los edredones de las camas eran enanos, y eso que yo soy bajita comparada con los nórdicos. La bañera de acceso muy difícil, con un borde muy elevado. La alcachofa de la ducha llena de cal, el agua salía torcida y se mojaba todo el baño. En general, el hotel está viejo. La atención del personal, muy variable porque de repente aparecía un día una joya de persona, pero destacaban por su ausencia. La ubicación, genial. No hay servicio de transporte al aeropuerto incluido.
Great location. Very comfortable old style hotel. Zoe at reception was very helpful with local knowledge, otherwise rest of staff was spotty on area knowledge.
Was expecting more of a full service hotel. The only staff I saw were the two people at the front desk. No service to take care of parking, no concierge for restaurant or local guidance, no help with luggage. My mistake for getting impression from website that it was an older full service hotel.

The breakfast wasn't very good. There were limited and cold selections. The potatoes were awful. This was very disappointing for such a nice ho6tel
