Excellent emplacement, très belle vue du Club au dernier étage. Excellent service globalement. Le service est TOP et irréprochable au Club du dernier étage.

Went as a Club room member and enjoyed what floor 38 had to offer. The staff were excellent and catered for all our needs. The food was plentiful and tasty as was the champagne and cocktails. The room was very spacious with great views across the bay and surrounding area. There are a number of shopping centres nearby as well as the Promenade train station, which is very easy to use.
Unfortunately our room was a little tired needing some TLC. The room also needed a very good cleaning (it has a cursory tidy daily) however I found nail clippings in the carpet as silverfish under the table.
