“Not happy, will not stay at this hotel again, It is not Swiss Bel Inn standard !”
When we first check-in, we found that the ceiling was leaking, area near the door was wet. So, we told the staff and asked to change room. Building of this hotel is not the Swiss-Bel Inn standard, we have stayed at Swiss Bel Inn Sanur, Swiss Bel Inn Surabaya before (in 2024) and we are very disappointed with this Swiss Bel Inn Seminyak.
Hotel was nice, but a little remote. Staff are lovely.

“Substandard”
Room was spacious with a good sized balcony Bed was fine
Room needs renovating. Large amount of flies (20+) in bathroom drains that kept reappearing even after staff sprayed them. Room had damp smell due to poor air con system, ceiling was visibly water damaged due to this also. Aircon also leaked down onto the floor on our last night. No hot water for showers sometimes. We were told the water is heated using solar power (relies on good weather) which evidently means no alternative on rainy days.
