“Special touches make a great stay”
I was really impressed with this hotel! Very clean, modern and great service. They upgraded me to a large suite and even brought me a birthday dessert to my room. Not necessary but a very nice extra touch!

The staff( a lady wear no uniform dressed in pink head to toes)couldn’t find my reservation with my confirmation number,ID and confirmation emails and membership app open to them and argued with me tried to dismiss me . It took over 30 minutes for her to find my reservation. Instead of apologizing she still tried to argue with me.
