“Wet and dirty carpet in room !”
Location
The room we were given had a wet and very dirty carpet by the shower we asked to move they could only offer double room as ours was twin or the option of putting towels on the floor in the room we had! No offer of compensation or the acknowledgment it was a health hazard

Una vera garanzia! Il mio partner ed io avevamo già soggiornato qui qualche anno fa e, quando siamo tornati a Birmingham con la mia famiglia, non abbiamo avuto dubbi nello sceglierlo nuovamente. La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro e a pochi passi dalla stazione di Birmingham New Street, con tantissimi ristoranti, locali e attrazioni facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Consiglio vivamente la colazione, varia e davvero ottima: una delle migliori che abbiamo provato in hotel durante il nostro viaggio in Inghilterra! La camera era spaziosa, ben organizzata e dotata di finestra. La reception aperta 24 ore su 24 è sicuramente un plus. Lo staff è sempre molto cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati tutti benissimo: tra i vari hotel del nostro viaggio in Inghilterra, questo è stato sicuramente il nostro preferito. Lo consiglio assolutamente!
