“Very nice and clean”
Perfect location linking to a mall with private path. Delicious breakfast. Spacious room. Water with reuse glass bottle.
The door of the shower room cannot be firmly closed so that the water would flood to the toilet area a lot. Nevertheless, the entire experience is very good.

Great location. Clean. Easy access to mall. Secured. Guards are all good and helpful. Good breakfast buffet. Easy access for Grab ride. Great in house massage service. Comfortable bed. Great house keeping services.
Reception during check-in was good but other than that, they have a bad recording and communication system. We added and paid an extra bed with breakfast but this was not communicated to the buffet team. They charged us again with extra breakfast. They apologised and admitted it was their fault. The reception during the checkout was the worst. We were rushing to the airport and the lady held me up and asked me to pay extra night for the extra bed as she said they miscalculated the cost (the other guy receptionist computed it in front of me and I paid the full bill). We nearly missed our flight because of the lady at reception who won’t allow to go until I pay the extra night. They double charged me again. Be mindful of their receptionist as they are dodgy. They look kind and accomodating until they charge you twice.
