We always felt very welcome and looked after. Great choices at breakfast time. And very clean everywhere. Also a great location next to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace.
Had a booking at a nearby restaurant made and confirmed by the concierge that wasn't appearing when we arrived at the restaurant.
