  The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional.

  I didn't like the shower / tub because the tub was peeling in patches from coating that has come off. The tub should be replaced instead of covering it with a rubber mat.

  Great view from room on 20th floor, comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff with the personnel touch made for a memorable stay. The breakfast was particularly good, with a varied selection of food.

  “Gutes Hotel für einen Torontoaufenthalt”

  Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Zentrum von Toronto und das Eaton Center ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und hatte eine hervorragende Qualität. Sehr viele Dinge wurde frisch zubereitet. Trotz der Vielen Gäste waren Check in und Check out sehr schnell erledigt

  Unser Zimmer war etwas abgewohnt und außerdem unmittelbar neben dem Aufzug. Durch die umgebenden Hochhäuser auch etwas dunkel. Der Balkon war sehr klein, aber zum Rauchen ausreichend. Durch die Größe des Hotels ist in der Lobby und Rezeption immer sehr viel Betrieb und Hektik
