It was very quiet at the property....
As a very seasoned business traveller I have no issue paying (a lot) more for rooms when it is exhibition time in or around business hotels. My usual Stuttgart business hotels were all booked and therefore I chose to book with Mercure Stuttgart Airport area. The stay was a disaster. Here is a small summary in order of arrival and stay at my room 129: - The parking garage way too small for the amount of spots needed. No space. - Parking spots also way too small - Senior Room was relatively small and very dark! Simply not enough light. - Door handle bathroom loose. - Shower did not work properly. Maybe only 20% of the water output..... - Second night upon arrival complete carpet in the entrance of the room soaked. No idea why. - Second morning shower did not work. Could not use it... - The restaurant was under staffed and I had to wait forever for just a soup and salad. - Very poor breakfast offerings with worst juices ever and eggs and such from some kind of Tupperware square containers with horrible covers to be removed... At check out summarized and complained to reception and they did not do anything. I do not need to sleep for free but had to pay €439 per night!! A ridiculous amount per night for such a bad experience. Will for sure never stay here again and cannot recommend the hotel to anyone else. Sorry...
