“Excellent value for money in a city where hotels are very exxy”
Fantastic staff - very friendly & helpful. Big shout out to Geoffrey who suggested Breka bakery (for breakfast) which was excellent & with great coffee
Given that the property is probably 3 star, it represents excellent value in a city where hotel prices are sky high. The downside is the area - no fault of the hotel but turn left on Granville St & things rapidly improve block by block

Location was near port and walking distance to food, drug store, and 24-hour mini market store. I did not use but liked that there was vending and laundry in the building. I did not use but liked having liquid shampoo, condition, body wash, and lotion dispenser in bathroom. I liked having a refrigerator in the room.
The price vs product and services did NOT meet my expectations. Super low quality linens, towels, and bed. Shower curtain rod was broken so water leaked all over floor. Bathroom fan, which came on automatically with the light was very noisy so I would attempt to use bathroom at night without the light on. Toilet and sink seemed very low in height. Air conditioning unit was very loud so I couldn’t leave on while sleeping. Difficulty in locating room because building was maze-like. Room was very small for cost. When looking out window you could see the hotel exterior was covered with wavy metal sheets like a trailer home making me feel I was in a low quality metal box. Staff offered a discount on a future visit, but I will NOT stay here again. I paid a little over $500 CAD at end of peak cruising season, mid-September. I would consider this hotel satisfactory if price matched product.
