Die Lage, sehr zentral zum Hakata Bahnhof
-die Sauberkeit, es war leider sehr dreckig bzw. staubig - das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sehen teilweise sehr abgerockt aus - im Badezimmer hat es sehr stark nach Urin gerochen - Probleme wurde nur bedingt ernst genommen und sich eher widerwillig drum gekümmert
