“Great Location, but Nothing More”
The location is great. It is close to the office I wanted to go to, and everything else is nearby.
I thought $500 CAD could have bought much more; apparently, I was wrong. As my flight arrived late at night, I checked in almost at midnight. Since I had a meeting at 9:30 am the next morning, I hoped to get back to my room for some rest afterward. I needed it after taking a 20-hour long-haul flight, so I asked the hotel if I could have a late check-out. The answer was a cold "late check-out fee is $30 per half hour." Really?! After the TV remote didn't work and I complained about almost everything in the room, this was what I got?! No, this is not how a hospitality business should be. Especially when I have travelled so much. Anyways, I would say this facility does not meet Hyatt standards.

Mooi hotel met fijne sfeer en een leuk restaurant.
Ontbijt in het weekend start pas om 9:30 uur. Bediening in de bar kon wat beter (waren soms niet duidelijk) en de bediening in het restaurant was daarentegen heel erg goed en vriendelijk.
