Check in staff was friendly.
Room was very, very small, was not ready at check in time. Completely not worth the $400 we paid.

The staff are lovely and helpful.
1) When you turn the lights off bedside it turns off the charging plug by the bed for your phone (what the hell!) 2) The rooms are TINY. 3) The beds are TINY. 4) The downstairs rooms are noisy due to the recription 5) The location isn't that great really 6) If you arrive early they will take your bag or charge you $30 to get to your room. Like come on the room was ready. 7) Some weird general noises overnight like A/C kicking in (but it wasn't AC)
