  “Very good, I recommend but some improvements in cleaning needs to be done.”

  Very good position, lot of services, facilities very good (including gym and it’ a not so common), good level of food.

  Cleaning can be a bit bitter for a 5 stars hotel, for example: corridors full of sands and mosquitos (removing the carpet might help), rooms not very precisely clean (example full of dust under the bed). Then people around were quite rude, this might be because it was end of season but still they need to improve communication skills especially at the reception. Example, I ask: can I book the Greek restaurant? Reply: no - full stop. He could have said: I’m sorry today it’s full, we follow a specific process and you need to come back tomorrow.
