Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet und bietet für Eltern etwas fürs Auge und eine sehr hohe Qualität. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wer Erholung mit hoher Qualität nicht mitten in einer belebten Lage sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben.
Leider ist die Temperatur im Kinderpool viel zu kalt (kälter als der Hauptpool). Weiterhin besteht eine zu große Rutschgefahr dort, da dauerthaft Wasser austritt vom Pool in den Liegenbereich. Viele Kinder sind ausgerutscht, dort gibt es Nachbesserungsbedarf. Weiterhin fehlen auf den Toiletten Reinigungsbürsten. Im Gym gibt es für den Abreisetag Duschen, wenn man nach dem CheckOut einen späten Rückflug hat. Leider reicht der Bewegungsmelder nicht bis in die Dusche und vor allem bei den Frauen steht man dann in vollständiger Dunkelheit, da es kein Fenster gibt.
“Very good hotel”
Helpful and friendly stuff. We asked for a lunch box cause we checked-in after lunch ended and it was very delicious. We had full board - food was tasty and each day was something new. Fast WiFi - I was able to had Zoom calls. 15 min walking to the beach but the road is easy and was always in shade.
Gym has no AC. No free water at lunch and dinner. Some stickers in the dinning room did not match several times (for example it was said empanadas with tuna but they were with vegetables) or were absent. Not tasty shrimps and claims.
The breakfast buffet was easily the highlight of my 2 nights stay. Fantastic selection was massive both a hot cook-to-order egg station and fresh local pastries that tasted bakery-made.
