There was nothing to like.
This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I am not 100% sure, but it seems like the staff take photos of guests' ID documents on their personal phones during check-in, which is strictly prohibited by law. The room itself greeted us with a "pleasant surprise" in the form of incompletely flushed feces floating in the toilet. The bathroom is in a terrible, decayed state, with mold everywhere—on the tiles and on the shower cabin elements. The bathroom sink is assembled from whatever spare parts they had lying around; when you turn on the tap, the stream of water is so close to the edge of the sink that it is practically impossible to wash your hands. The shower cabin is completely covered in mold, the doors leave large gaps when closed so water constantly leaks out, and the entrance is extremely narrow, making it a struggle just to get inside. There is an awful stench in the room. If you open the window, you immediately hear everything happening on the ground floor near the entrance. However, pulling back the heavy, air-blocking curtains isn't an option either because a streetlight shines directly into the window. The beds are old and creaky. Another huge surprise was the presence of bedbugs, which bit my legs all over during the night. Soundproofing throughout the hotel is practically non-existent—you will hear people snoring, using the toilet, or simply talking loudly. The front door lacks an internal lock, which is a basic security standard. Breakfast is a complete joke: boiled sausages of questionable quality, green tomatoes, stale bread, boiled eggs, and bacon. The coffee is just cheap instant powder.
