“All in all very good but would like more transparency about the location of the room ahead of time”
Service was amazing. Breakfast was great and I was pleasantly surprised it was included. The room had two beds when I thought there would only be one, and that either my daughter or I would have to sleep on a cot - another nice surprise!
I think because I had my dog we were given a room on the lower level (ground floor, but felt like basement). So the room was nice, but very dark, no view and felt a bit damp. I think if they had told me ahead of time it would be like that I would have been okay with it, but it would have been nice to have the choice before booking.

Stanze rumorose con finestre vecchie , una, che poi ci hanno cambiato, aveva addirittura un motore di un generatore davanti alla finestra che sembrava di essere in un aeroplano che stava decollando. Camere comunque vecchiotte da rinfrescare. L'aria condizionata non funziona in tutte le stanze

les fenêtres étaient pas anti bruit pour une rue avec beaucoup de voiture jusqu’à 1:00 du matin.
