โExcellent location, but air-conditioning issue affected our stayโ
The hotel is in an excellent location, with plenty of great cafรฉs and bars nearby, a tram stop close by, and the beach within easy reach.
The air conditioning in our room was not working while temperatures outside were around 32ยฐC. When we reported it, we were told it was already a known issue before check-in. There was no alternative room available until the following day, so we had to move rooms during our stay. Most staff were pleasant, but one member of staff was not particularly helpful when we collected the key for the new room, which made the situation feel more frustrating.
