Most kind and professional staff, everything is super clean, even when the hotel is full you don't feel that its crowded, kids club facilities 10/10.
Have stayed several times at Parklane, being my favourite hotel in the area. Modern, great amenities, good value for money, good size rooms, very friendly staff and a great breakfast. However, this time the A/C in my room was very disappointing.
When leaving the room the A/C would automatically shut off. With temperatures being around 35 degrees outside and a very high humidity level that meant that when returning to the room it was extremely unpleasant and would take a long time for it to cool down again. You do not expect this from a 5 star hotel.
