The staff are unfriendly and quite brash at times esp at the front desk. Breakfast and dining staff were nicer. The hotel is basic, breakfast is basic. location is great

The room was ok. We did not use the breakfast or restaurant. The hotel is in a good location with easy access to Delft and Den Haag using public transport.
The bar staff were often more interested in chatting with friends than clearing tables. At check out we had to ask for a receipt as one was not offered.
