The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were extremely happy to help you in any way The breakfast was excellent, so much choice! Location perfect, 5 minutes from the old town, shops and train and bus stations.
The only reason it didn’t get 10/10 was that it would benefit from an extractor fan in the bathrooms.

Bien stiué pour visiter Annecy : entre le lac et le vieux Annecy. Chambre impeccable, petit déjeuner parfait.
Nous avons eu beaucoup de difficultés pour rejoindre l'hôtel en voiture (même avec GPS et autre...) Un habitant est venu avec nous pour nous diriger. Ce serait utile que l'hôtel avant le départ envoie un plan précis et à jour.
