Everyone was lovely, accommodating and professional. The food was great. The rooms very nice.

Персонал Отель с завтраком оплатила заранее Я с ребёнком была сутки в дороге и когда ночью хотела просто заселиться и лечь спать, меня 30 минут не могли заселить, так как ночью персонал на ресепшене был не квалифицированный. Проблема возникла от того, что у меня была дебетовая виза карта, а не кредитовая и персонал на ресепшене не знал как её привязать на случай если я захочу воспользоваться дополнительными услугами в отеле. В итоге ошибочно сняли 400 долларов и официально меня не заселили, открыли номер и не дали ключи от него. Утром пришлось опять идти на ресепшен и разбираться. К счастью персонал на ресепшене уже был другой и за минуту зарегистрировали мою дебетовую виза карту и объяснили, что по закону Канады моя дебетовая виза карта автоматически становится кредитовой. И наконец зарегистрировали меня и дали ключи от номера. Прошла уже неделя, как я съехала, а 400 долларов до сих пор не вернули.

Location, customer service, food and ambiance were outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel and Joni restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Room choices: Only downside was that they only have one size small room if you need 2 beds. But everything was fantastic!
