“Very bad experience”
Location
The noise outside, the staff. My girlfriend was told to show a creditcard upon leaving the hotel (no checking out yet) eventhough I checked her in a day prior with my creditcard to be paid in full. Instead they only performed pre approval and my girlfriend was confronted the morning after with a very lazy and rude staff member at the reception (a man) while my girlfriend had a very hectic day to begin with due to Prinsjesdag where she is a prominent figure for the municipality in organising this event each year. I wasn't sleeping in the hotel so I got called out of bed very early with the request to show in person the credit ard at the hotel. All the roads were already blocked so I finally made a phone call but was waiting more than 15 minutes (!!) twice. Finanlly I spoke to a staff member and she told me all was well and my creditcard would be used upon checkout without me showing the card. It was a very bad experience all togethet for me but specially for my girlfriend. So much miscommunication (or no communication because nobody picks up the phone in the early morning) Never again
