“It was horrible. No rooms available and front desk attendant was not helpful or nice.”
We arrived exhausted and they didn’t have my reservation and they didn’t have a room for me, even though I had a confirmation number and everything. The man at the front desk was quite rude to me and very short, offering no solution or apology. It was very frustrating and since it was after midnight, we were unable to book another place and had nowhere to stay.

People are making noise 2am, 5am up slamming doors talking loud people roaming around parked in parking lot watching you.Smell in the hallways. Smoking out side the entrance of the building.
