В целом нам очень понравился отель. Мы отмечали здесь годовщину свадьбы, заранее предупредили об этом, и нам было очень приятно получить комплименты от отеля — спасибо за внимание и заботу. При заселении с нас не брали депозит. Отличный отель, приятный сервис и хорошее впечатление от проживания. Персонал обращал внимание на детали, мы бронировали проживание с завтраками , мы не пьем кофе с кофеином и любим очень горячий кофе - и все дни нашего пребывания в отеле -ни разу никому не пришлось напомнить про эту делать.
Единственный существенный минус — розетки в номере. Две розетки возле зеркала были сильно расшатаны: из них постоянно выпадали любые устройства — и даже фен. Чтобы сушить волосы, приходилось всё время придерживать вилку рукой, чтобы она не выпадала. Мы сообщили об этом на ресепшене, и нам мгновенно предоставили удлинитель с несколькими розетками, за что отдельное спасибо. Правда, он немного портил внешний вид номера, а единственная другая розетка находилась под телевизором, внутри шкафчика. Также возле кровати есть беспроводные зарядки, но телефон и наушники на них очень быстро нагревались, поэтому мы предпочли ими не пользоваться.
