“After an first class visit one week earlier it was so unexpected to be disappointed on our return.”
We stayed at the hotel 1 week earlier for 2 night and had a fantastic time. Unfortunately, our return visit was no where near the same quality.
We found the bathroom in such a large room was so small and cramped. it was very difficult to get into and out the the shower, having and manoeuvre around the toilet to open the shower door. There was also a terrible smell of drains which I assumed was coming through the AC which was awful.
Excelente localização, hotel lindo com uma arquitetura típica da Andaluzia. Pequeno almoço bom com muitas opções. Funcionários do restaurante e pequeno almoço simpáticos, também os vallets eram simpáticos.
Um bocado caro e a comunicação com a recepção foi algo difícil na altura de fazer a reserva online através do booking.com . Tive que reservar um terceiro quarto que não era realmente preciso.

This property is amazing! Very palace-like and ornate but yet comfortable. The pool was incredible- if weather is nice, must make time for the pool. The spa was small but we enjoyed a nice massage.
