The location is unbeatable , right at the center of beautiful Munich . I had a great massage with a masseur called Sinam , which was excellent.
The rooms are far too dark, making it difficult to find things even with the lights on at full power. The spa facilities also feel outdated and lack the luxurious atmosphere you would expect. The entrance through the rooftop bar/restaurant unfortunately doesn’t create much of a sense of arrival or glamour either. Considering this is one of Munich’s top addresses, I would love to see the hotel refreshed and given the elegant, glamorous touch it deserves. The potential is definitely there.
