The location of the hotel is very convenient and close to everything you need in Malmo.The breakfast had many options, but it gets boring to have the same options every day for a week. Entertainment options in the hotel were cool - we really liked both ping pong and shuffleboard. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Luggage room was convenient since our flight home was in the evening.
The room comes with basically nothing - there is a bed, a desk and a bathroom. No kettle, no mini-fridge, no place to put the clothes, the tv only provides Swedish channels (not a smart tv so we can use our own streaming services), the heating system is confusing, the windows do not open.. Also, there is no cleaning every day, which is fine, but even the one day we did ask for cleaning (during a week-long stay), they didn't clean anything, it was just emptying the trash and that's it. The elevator works in a confusing way. The towels stink of bleach.
