The location is truly wonderful with great sights of the wonderful beaches of Da Nang and the Buddhist statue. It is also close to several good restaurants and souvenir shops for tourists. I think it is especially good for large groups of local families, but if you are looking for a budget option and not too picky it's great. The air-conditioning was also great and the beds were really comfortable.
There is some room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness, especially when it comes to the breakfast hall. Some of the linen on the tables were quite dirty and seemed to have been left from a wedding several weeks ago. The rooms are a little bit old and some plugs are a little fragile. However, considering the price range, and what I suspect is the target demographic, I don't really hold this last part against them.
