Me gustó mucho la atención ofrecida por todo el personal, especialmente en los restaurantes, son muy amables y serviciales. El buffet del desayuno en el restaurante Las Palmas, es muy bueno y variado. Las instalaciones se mantienen muy limpias y en buen estado. Muy buen sistema el de la llave para las habitaciones, así como la información en la aplicación y las reservas de los restaurantes a través de este medio, desde el primer día de la la estadía
No me gustó que el Restaurante Las Palmas, no estaba habilitado para el buffet de almuerzo y comida. En el buffet del almuerzo no se ofrecen carnes con buena preparación , en general son duras y no tienen buena apariencia. Las actividades de ejercicio deben promocionarse un poco más, animando a la gente a participar, de igual forma ofrecer otras opciones como pilates y yoga. Lástima la presencia de tanto sargazo en la playa.

The water wasn’t really what they promote via their pictures and this isn’t about the seaweed. There is no nightlife for adults or quite much entertainment on the premises during the day. Lack of chairs around the pool.
