“Unfortunately a number of things went wrong”
- when we arrived the hotel was closed - we were put into the neighbouring hotel - the room was cool and beautiful but the toilet didn't flush - I called the reception; I was promised help; 10 minutes later I called again; I was told not to throw toilet paper into the bowl - something we hadn't done; again I asked for help/maintenance because the toilet didn't flush; 10 min later the receptionist came and offered us another room; he told is he had personally checked the air-conditioning, the fridge (I had medicine to keep cool) and the toilet were working; entering the room, the fridge wasn't even plugged in; plus, you couldn't lock the door leading to the balconies; we repeated the game 3 times, then we returned to our first room, and the plummer was called while we we're out for dinner; after that the toilet worked - in the morning there was no breakfast at the hotel, but at a close restaurant - it was quite poor, and the coffee machine was broken...

Não ficamos no hotel, pois ele estava fechado para reformas e nada foi avisado a nós antes de chegarmos ao local. Ficamos cerca de 15 minutos rodando a quadra procurando pelo hotel, pois retiraram a placa do nome do hotel. Tivemos que estacionar em outra rua pois na frente não podia estacionar, e ir a pé até o suposto local perguntar, e somente aí fomos informados por um atendente que a nossa estadia havia sido realocado para um hotel da mesma rede, em uma rua próxima. O outro hotel era bem similar, mas também tivemos que encontrá-lo por conta própria sem o endereço, poderia ter sido evitado se avisassem antes.
