Personel był miły. Śniadanie było smaczne. Pokój był duży i czysty. Hotel miał windę. Dobra lokalizacja (blisko autostrady i stacji metra). Ładny widok przez okno (widać było cały Hannover).
Niewygodne łóżka. Brak osobnego parkingu. Bardzo mała ilość gniazdek. Automatycznie zapalane światła w korytarzu (trzeba było poczekać aż zgasną). Pokój otwierany na kartę (karta nie zawsze działała).
Das Zimmer der jetzigen Buchung befand sich im obersten Stockwerk; sehr geräumig , inklusive Sessel und Hocker ;ein Highlight : die nespresseo - Maschine .
In Summe sind es viele kleine Dinge, die die Erwartungen an 4 Sterne nicht ganz erfüllen . Falsche (Ab-)Buchungen ( 5-mal Late Check out ,was passieren kann ; aber ich musste dies aufzeigen - eine Entschuldigung oder entgegenkommen gab es nicht) Dann Late- Checkout gebucht aber weder Zimmerkarte noch das Ausfahren aus der kostenpflichtigen Parkgarage haben funktioniert…( Auto abstellen , wieder zur Rezeption…; für andere Gäste wäre dies eine Beschwerde wert - oder buchen das nächste Mal in der Nachbarschaft…) Auch Mitarbeiter haben ihre Grenzen- nämlich die, welches das Management vorgibt ) Aufmerksamkeitund Freundlichkeit sind jedoch der Schlüssel … !
Das Frühstück war umfangreich
Die Ein,- und Ausfahrt der Tiefgarage war sehr eng. 15 Euro Parkgebühr pro Tag war beim Buchen nicht erkennbar.
