The room had a bit stale smell. No hand shower, and no shower cup, only an overhead shower.
Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend sauber sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Frühstück ist wirklich extrem lecker und das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Nur das parken ist ziemlich teuer aber das ist überall in Den Haag
“unpleasant surprise”
The main advantages are the location and the early breakfast.
An unpleasant incident occurred. I travel frequently for work, but this is the first time something like this has happened. Due to medical reasons, I require a specific diet. I had been using the room's refrigerator to store my food. Upon returning, I discovered that everything of mine (!) had been completely cleared out. I spoke to the reception staff and received nothing but "deepest sympathies." I am thoroughly dissatisfied with how the situation played out.
