Location was great!
Size of room was a little tight. Would b nice if staff at reception could be a little warmer towards guests. On the checkout day, the staff who was assisting with the checkout must be having a bad day…she hardly smiled and didn’t even bother to greet me at all. Shouldn’t customer service be one of the top priorities for hotels?

“Excellent hotel, but a bit pricey.”
Location: The hotel is located right across from the train station, on the same block as the TI, with a couple of bakeries, coffee shops and grocery stores within the block. But it's a long climb up from the lakefront (where many restaurants and stores are located). The public escalator was not working. Our room had a grand view of the lake. We booked a room with a balcony, which was tiny. So we didn't use the balcony. The restaurant also has excellent views of the lakefront.
Our room had a bath tub which was a bit dated and slippery. There should be more handle bars or other safety measures to prevent accidental slips in the bathroom.
