Das Hotel idt sehr schön. Die Zimmer sauber und hell. Wenn such nicht mehr so neu wie andere Hotels auf dem Niveau.
Große Abzüge gibt es für das Spa und den Pool. Hier ist echter Renovierungsbedarf. Der Whirpool hatte schon länger kein Wasser mehr gesehen und die Sauna war nicht an. Die Duschen veraltet, duschköpfe verkalkt. Das Personal war hingegen ein echter Lichtblick. Während meines Aufenthalts war dort ein Schwimmkurs. Wellness oder Spa- Gefühl kam son nicht auf und schwimmen war kaum möglich.
“Schönes Hotel”
Es ist grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel, gutes Design und geschmackvolle Gestaltung. Etwas abgelegen, aber recht nahe bei der U-Bahn. Pool und Gym werden offenbar nicht vom Hotel betrieben und das merkt man. Wir haben den Geruch im Zimmer moniert und der zuständige Herr hat sich sehr bemüht ein anderes Zimmer zu finden, das war sehr nett!!
Leider wird das Rauchverbot nicht überall eingehalten, so war zB eine Tagung und dort wurde geraucht. Englisch wird fast nicht gesprochen, dank Übersetzungstool geht das aber! …und ganz nebenbei: warum es beim Frühstück keine Gläser für den Saft gibt, sondern Kaffeetassen versteht man nicht….

“Modern hotel with big rooms”
Room looked great and was spacious. Very modern. Comfortable bed and nice bathtub. Nice staff.
Air conditioning didn’t work well but staff provided a fan. Location wasn’t near much. Wifi was so slow it was mostly unusable.
