Location
Very noisy with road noise and poor maintenance of the room. Also not too happy with the £100 charge on checking in for potential damages, a refund to be made at a later date. Really…. You have my booking details!

This was a very disappointing experience, and the hotel was completely unacceptable. The room was extremely dirty, two single beds had been pushed together leaving an uncomfortable gap, and there was no working light. When I raised these issues, the receptionist was unhelpful and rude, including when requesting a £100 deposit. I checked out after only two hours, found alternative accommodation, and would neither recommend this hotel nor stay there again.
