Locatie.
Zeer onvriendelijk personeel. Je krijgt het gevoel dat je ze tot last bent. Aan de hospitality moet nog gewerkt worden. Geen vriendelijk woord. Inchecken pas om 3 uur als je er om 2 uur bent terwijl hotel niet vol zit. Je krijgt dan niet de openbaar vervoer kaart maar pas als je in avond terugkomt. De grote trap bij aankomst is niet fijn met je koffer. Het is mooi hotel maar kan wel een upgrade gebruiken .
