The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with excellent bathroom and balcony. The staff were outstanding and very accommodating to special requests. It was relaxed and quiet. Good facilities.

Cleanliness, grounds, picturesque
We came with young children, advertised as having a pool for children- there wasn’t. Breakfast not good. The rooms are not sound proof so we were kept up all night. Was no respect for the do not disturb sign and staff could be quite aggressive. For example, they asked for a card on file, I gave them one, they didn’t register it (their mistake). Then when I had charged meals etc to my room, they sent staff to the room, banging on my door, despite the do not disturb, insisting for payment repeatedly despite the fact it was their mistake. Another example, got the room wrong for room service. Kept banging on my door while kids were asleep late at night. Wouldn’t accept that we didn’t order.
