Absolutely everything. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. The very approachable manager (Lena) took our cases and bags to the taxi we had ordered to take us to our bus for our onward journey home. We were upgraded to a gorgeous suite at the property and I am going to rebook there when a friend and I go to Edinburgh mid January 2027 to see a show. We were totally spoiled and even though it was only for 1 night the property made a big impact on us.

Amazing location and the staff were so friendly and professional. While the room was tired, it was actually very clean.
For the price we paid, I would expect an up to date room and bathroom or at least free of any defects. Itβs clear the sink and toilet were recent additions, but floor tiles were loose, there were rusty chips in the bathtub, grout was missing, and the silicone was mouldy in several places. The overall paint job in the room and communal hallways was also scratched and chipped.

Great location and service β special thanks to Edward!Our family had a great stay at Voco Edinburgh. The hotel's location is very good, making it quick and easy to visit the main city sights. The rooms and amenities met our expectations and were perfect for traveling with a family.All the hotel staff were extremely helpful and professional. We especially want to thank Edward, who was remarkably fast, helpful, and had a great sense of humor.
