“mooie lokatie, topservice”
Bij aankomst welkomsdrankje gekerenge en spontaan kamerupgrade gerkegen met privézwembad. Prachtige accomodatie. Lekker ontbijt en lunch. vlot vervoer naar luchthaven voor schappelijke prijs. Wij hadden pas in de late namiddag een vlucht en waren in voormiddag nog naar het strand geweest. De accomodatie bood spontaan aan ons aan om nog een douche te kunnen nemen, wat zeer werkom was, aangezien we nog vol zout en zand hingen en een reis van 24 uur te gaan hadden.
Soms wat taalbarrière/Engels wat minder vlot, maar was niet storend. nog steeds aangename communicatie mogelijk.
Le logement
Le service. Pour un logement de 4* à Bali à ce tarif là. Le service n'était pas bon et très long... Par ailleurs, le fait d'avoir des extras pour du pain au petit déjeuner n'est pas compréhensible quand on paie une nuit à ce tarif là. Ce n'était d'ailleurs, pas le cas dans les autres logements de Bali. Si la qualité du service s'améliore et qu'on compte moins les petits sous l'expérience client sans retrouvera grandement améliorée.
Great concept and great staff. The villa was very confortable and the price for money is really good. Ari , our host, has been really great !
