I stayed in the studio with a queen bed. There was a small kitchen with nice sized refrigerator with upper freezer, a stove top and microwave. The room had a newer, clean leather sleeper couch with a coffee table. On the other side of the space was a nice clean queen bed. Large 43in/50in TV with basic cable and 2 showtime channels and it was on a cabinet with wheels so you can move it where u want in the room. The bathroom was clean with bathtub/shower. Only thing was it took a bit for the water to get warm in the shower. Priced right. I would definitely stay there again.

“Dirty, unsafe, nauseating.”
We did like the ensuite kitchenette. We did like the fact that they were able to provide all the utensils we required. We were appreciative of the location of the hotel. The air conditioning in our room worked really well. We were appreciative of that during the Phoenix summer heat.
The hotel was dirty everywhere. Black mold on every vent. The floor appeared to be clean but upon wiping a Kleenex on the floor to pick up something that we had dropped it was immediately black. The baby crawled around for a minute before their poor hands and knees were pitch black. The whole floor was like this. They hide the mess well with dark tiles. The bathroom had particulate matter in the bowl. I will leave that to your imagination. The whole hotel smelled like there was a constant funk; that never improved our whole stay. There was a constant smell of weed all over the building. People were smoking in their rooms and blowing to smoke out of their windows not sure if it was cigarettes or marijuana. The staff was nice; until we needed back into the building to grab our parents and their grandkids out of our room and drop off the luggage rack. It was literally 10:58 and our key no longer functioned. We were left outside in 105° heat; and told, "oh don't worry about the key." We were not worried about the key. The bottom of the tub did feel slimy until you ran it on hot water for a little bit. The sheets had cool mystery stains if you're into that sort of thing. We did not want to venture any guesses as to what the brown stains were, but we're pretty sure the red ones were a form of makeup. No idea what the blue one was. Also the dried rice stuck to the sheets makes for a fun game of, "what is that!?" While trying to fall asleep. Gets your mind off of the sounds of your neighbors at all hours. While we were there we saw someone forcibly evicted. The police arrived for a different room. And there was a fight, down by the pool. The Hot tub appeared to have been occupied recently by Swamp Thing by the sheer amount of algae growing. The pool was slightly bluer, and on the plus side you didn't feel nearly as slimy getting in and out of the pool. Would not recommend the hot tub. You WILL get a staph infection.
