第一次入住 ，员工沟通有问题 ，给了号码还继续问我book了什么房 ，几个人 。网上说有提供免费停车位 ，去到却要给钱 ，还要计算以1小时rm2 ，导致我们不敢乱出去 带着老人家去 电梯上不了，只停留在1楼 还要自己走楼梯再上2楼 。
