βGreat for the conference center, but not for Customer service or sight-seeingβ
The location was great for visiting a conference center. 7 minutes on foot to Messukeskus Conference Center. It's also situates above a huge shopping center and close to train station.
Not great for sight-seeing as it's further away (20 minute-ride with public transportation). There is some major development next to the place and you also see train tracks through the window. The biggest minus was its staff: very unpleasant check-in because a girl could not understand that we need an invoice to our business. She was so frustrated that she only handed our key cards and when asked about breakfast and other amenities, she told us to read information on a card holder. When we asked for towels as they were not changed by mistake, it took three calls to the reception and finally walking there to get them.
