“Lovely site with lots of potential but desperately needs a proper hot water system, to upgrade WiFi”
The location in the large and relatively peaceful grounds of Makerere University is great. The staff are lovely and welcoming and the place is clean
On reviews I saw the manager had promised to make the showers good - no hanging wires - however this was not true and my shower didn't work at all. Also WiFi was only working in the dining area and even there was weak.

Electricity shortages without clear notice. Fair, understable but I would have appreciated to be notified of this issue ahead.

Naked wires over metal pipes in bathroom for clients to bath is unacceptable. I was almost electrocuted. Old worn out towels, bath tab old. Bad lighting in the room. No light were table is position. In Room 3 where I stayed I had to change the position of the table in order to work in the evening
