We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in San Diego. We really loved the location, which was very convenient and pleasant. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel kindly upgraded us to a VIP room on the top floor, which was such a wonderful surprise. We are very grateful for their kindness and for making our anniversary even more special. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and everything was very well maintained. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back again. Everything was truly 10 out of 10!

The location was very nice and the property grounds were very well maintained. The restaurants available within the property were good and the food selections we ordered were very well prepared, both in presentation and in taste.
Though the room was nice, it definitely looked dated. The shower handle was loose to the tile, but the handle itself was hard to turn on. The sheer curtains were dirty and had spots. The rug in the room looked worn and not clean. The popcorn ceiling was bubbly probably due to moisture or humidity in the room. We requested everyday room service, but our room did get cleaned. We went to the front desk to inquire, but he did not know why our room was not cleaned. At the very least, we asked for clean towels be sent to the room. Two hours later the towels had not yet arrived. I went to the front desk a second time to request towels, after a long while, I was about to go to the front desk a third time, when the towels finally arrived. I don’t understand why it would take so long to get towels.

The beauty and the views
The Jacuzzi bathtub wasn’t working for a few days until they switched me to another room that had supposedly one that would work and that one didn’t work either and then I was moved to the fourth floor right over the loading dock and that was noisy along with the traffic which I didn’t have when I was on the upper floor and for a couple of nights the room next to me had people watching TV really loud and it came right through the walls where my bed was and one of my meals was terrible and I mentioned it and there was no compensation or trying to make it better in the workout room at the Bay Tower no, I’m sorry the Marina Tower was super bright and there was no remote to change the station on the TV to watch a game. I really wanted to see while I worked out and I thought the parking fee was very high and I left two things in the rooms that I never got back although I reported that you immediately I kept moving from different rooms to different rooms as my plans changed constantly because of a Domestic issue with me returning to my home as the timeline so I had to rebook also the so-called happy hour that was heavily advertised wasn’t even happening, which they should’ve just did something better or compensated or made something up. Just saying that tough loss. I would’ve ate at a different restaurant and I know.
