Location.
Bedding was not up to par. Comforter was way too heavy for time of year. Pillows were not comfortable either. Too flat. Staying there is usually a good bet for comfort, but not this visit.
We loved the location of our room. The bed was very comfortable.
There were no amenities like make up remover. Ponytail holders. The floor was really dirty. Pineneedles which was odd all over the floor. Hair on the side of the tub. For the amount of money I spend I expected a wow factor.

The location of the hotel was the best thing about it, it made going to the market easy. The room was avrage at best when you pay over 1,000$ and additionally the hotel places a hold of over another 1,000$ I exprected the rooms to be more updated. They look like they are 15 years old.
We arrived past midnight and to enter the property was not easy to access you had to go around to the valet entrance and there was no one there. having a hold placed on my card in addition to paying is something that I strongly disliked it made my stay over 3,000$ since i wasn't able to use the money that was on a hold. The bathroom ceiling also had water damage and there was a mini fridge next to the door of the room for no reason the room looked like from a mid level hotel.
