Zeer vriendelijk personeel achter de balie. Leuk dakterras. Mooie gemeenschappelijke keuken.
Kamer keek uit op een muur, er kon geen enkel raam ook maar een beetje open, er is een kitchenette maar er was maar 1 bord, 3 lepels, 2 vorken,… op een 4 persoonskamer. De toiletbril lag los op het toilet. In de beschrijving van de kamer stond 2 grote 2 persoonsbedden opgegeven, maar waren in werkelijkheid 2 twijfelaars. Borg werd een maand vastgehouden, terwijl ze bij het uitchecken gezegd hadden dat de borg na een drietal dagen teruggestort zou worden.

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, and staff were above and beyond helpful, not only telling me where I could get bottled water on the premises but actually going and getting me a bottle. The keycard system was simple and worked smoothly, and the internet connection was good. I was pleased that the entertainment system used Roku and I could watch my favourite shows with my own account.
The location is close to downtown, but you have to walk down a seamier section of Granville for about 15 minutes to get to Robson. Not super scary, just a little sketchy. I wouldn't want to walk that route at night. Also, the Google maps app kept directing me to the back entrance of the hotel supposedly on a street called "Continental" that as far as I can tell does not exist. The back entrance is closed in the evening anyway. An Uber driver explained that cars cannot stop at the front entrance on Drake Street. This is confusing to say the least!

No breakfast, the light are poor They dont clean the room every day. the room is very simple, no facilities, no open windows
